The Goldilocks Rule is based on the children’s story, The Three Bears, authored by Robert Southey. The story features a little girl named Goldilocks who comes upon a house in the woods. Unbeknownst to her, the house belongs to three bears that are not at home when she enters. Once inside Goldilocks finds a table with three bowls of porridge. One bowl is too hot. The other bowl she finds to be too cold. The third bowl however, is just right. The lesson here is about your talents. If what you do is to hard, you may be in the wrong work If it turns out to be too easy, you are in the wrong place. But when the result in being Just Right, it doesn’t take much to see that you are in the right place..
